This year’s Peppermint Possibilities Gala was a special, unique and moving event, we thank you for your support and contributions. If you were unable to attend this year and still want to add your support to The Ridge and the Ridger's, it is still not too late!
Ridger of the Year

The Ridger of the Year award is given to someone who exemplified the heart of “The Ridge”. The recipient this year certainly embodies those qualities.
Angel of the Year

The Angel of the Year award is given to a Peppermint Ridge partner who exemplifies the true spirit of giving and who goes above and beyond to serve others.
Part of what made this year’s event very special is that the Wynn Foundation – a huge supporter of Peppermint Ridge for 20 years – was even more generous with their support by providing additional funding of $64,000 to be used as a match for donations made by others for our Fund-A-Need Campaign. Fund-A-Need is a program that is targeted specifically at supporting our Resident Ridgers for a specific period of time. For example, $40 sponsors a Ridger for a day, $250 supports a Ridger for a week, and for a whole month, $1,000 funds a well deserving Ridger. Donations can go up from there for longer sponsorships. All of the funds collected for Fund-A-Need go directly into programs benefiting the Ridger's that are not funded by the State of California. This year’s Gala was a great success, we fell short of matching the $64,000 contributed by The Wynn Foundation. We are not far from our goal, and every little bit helps. Could you support a Ridger for a week, a month, or a year? Your contribution will be matched by the Wynn foundation and will go twice as far as it would without the match!
