Peppermint Ridge operates a variety of living environments to meet the needs of residents in its care.
Residents are loved and cared for just as they are. From sharing a smile to learning a new skill, each day is filled with opportunities that enable adults with developmental disabilities to achieve their greatest potential.

Community Care, Level 2 (three homes, 24 residents)
Residents in these homes may require assistance to complete self-care activities such as dressing, eating, brushing teeth, etc. They may also benefit from staff direction about ways to interact effectively in social situations. The staff to resident ratio for a Community Care home is 1:6.

Aspen
This home is located within the community and serves six men
and women.

C-Home
This home is located on the main campus and serves 12 men
and women.

Cypress
This home is located within the community and serves six men
and women.
Intermediate Care Facilities
Habilitative (ICF-DD/H): Residents in these homes have considerable self-care deficits accompanied by medical issues which require daily medication and some ongoing nursing care. The staff to resident ratio in an ICF Home is 1:3.

Connor
This home is located on the Peppermint Ridge main campus in Corona, CA and has a maximum of twelve beds.

Del Park
This home is located on the Peppermint Ridge main campus in Corona, CA and has a maximum of twelve beds.

Evergreen
This home is located on the Peppermint Ridge main campus in Corona, CA and has a maximum of twelve beds.

Garrison
This home is located within the community of Corona, CA and has a maximum of twelve beds.

Villa Vadnais
This home is located within the community of Corona, CA and has a maximum of six beds.

Wynn
This home is located within the community of Corona, CA and has a maximum of six beds.
Nursing (ICF-DD/N): Residents are more medically fragile than those in the ICF- H homes and require intermittent skilled nursing care. These residents may have G-tubes, sleep apnea, colostomy needs, a catheter or other conditions that require close supervision from medically trained personnel. The staff to resident ratio in an ICF Home is 1:3.

Roger
This home is located on the Peppermint Ridge main campus in Corona, CA and has a maximum of six beds. This is one of our ICF-Nursing homes.

Dudley
This home is located within the community of Corona, CA and has a maximum of six beds. This is one of our ICF- Nursing homes.
VIP Program
This program assists individuals who are able to live on their own but benefit from guidance as they hone their independent living skills. The coach works 1:1 with the individual to strengthen proficiency in money management, interpersonal relationships, accessing transportation, completing household chores, etc.
